MüMa is a Swiss-based consulting firm specialising in Leadership Coaching, HR Strategy, and AI-enabled transformation. I’m Juanjo Garriz, an ICF-certified coach and senior People and Culture Leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations perform and evolve in complex, fast-changing environments. Over the years, I’ve built my career across Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and Belgium, working at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day execution in multinational, matrixed organizations.
I’ve developed my career across FMCG, Automotive, and Pharma, partnering closely with executive teams to translate business challenges into clear people priorities—especially during moments that really test an organization: restructurings, operating model shifts, leadership transitions, and cultural change. I’m known as a trusted advisor who brings both calm judgment and practical momentum, and who can move comfortably between board-level conversations and hands-on implementation.
My experience includes leading EMEA & Global HR agendas, driving talent and succession processes, rolling out change management and P&C KPIs, and shaping organizational redesigns across countries and entities. I’ve also worked deeply on total rewards and employee engagement. More recently, I led people-and-culture projects in Switzerland, supporting multi-entity integration and defining HRIS integration roadmaps to enable smooth transitions at scale.
I hold a Law degree and a Master’s in AI and HR Management, —a combination that supports my cross-cultural, Europe-wide approach.
